1. The promo period starts on June 1, 2023 12:01am and ends on July 31, 2023 11:59pm (Philippine Time)
2. This promo is open to all customers 18 years old and above who purchases any Pedigree Products in Mars official store.
3. Only transactions during the promo period made through in stores and online stores of participating accounts are eligible for this promo.
4. To participate in the promo, participants must like and follow both the official Facebook page of Pedigree Philippines and the Facebook page of their chosen participating retailer.
5. Go to the retailer’s FB post on Pedigree I Pouch You and officially join by clicking the link to the Registration Form: https://forms.gle/kk3rG759QPUANyTw6. Then completely fill-up the information requested such as complete name, address, mobile number, Facebook account/link and upload the screenshot of your Facebook profile and one (1) entry photo described below.
6. Entry Photo: In the comments section of the retailer FB post on Pedigree I Pouch You, participants should share favorite bonding moments with their dog using hashtags #IPouchYou #PedigreexParticipatingRetailer (eg #PedigreexPedigreeClubPH)  together with the entry photo of them and their dog enjoying Pedigree Pouch and using the Pedigree Pouch Frame.
7. Only transactions and photos submitted and uploaded from June 1 to July 31 will be accepted.
8. 50 lucky winners per participating retailer will be chosen and get a chance to win the ff prizes:
• Grand Prize: 1 winner of 3-month supply of Pedigree Products + 5,000 php worth of Gift certificate from retailer
• Runner-up: 49 winners of 1-month supply of Pedigree Products + 2,000 php of Gift certificate from retailer
9. Criteria for Judging:

1. A 1,000php worth of accumulated receipt of Pedigree products per outlet inclusive of Pedigree Pouch from June 1 to July 31, 2023, entitle shoppers to qualify in the contest. Shoppers can submit multiple valid entries across participating accounts, on the other hand, shopper will only be allowed one entry per account only.
2. Only receipts from participating retailer both in their stores and online stores are qualified for this promotion. Retailer reserves the right to validate the receipts that are defaced, tampered or receipts less than 3/4 its actual size will not be honored.
3. Winners must provide their complete details and proof of purchase for verification upon claiming of prizes. Once validated, winners will be notified via private message on their Facebook account and registered mail.
4. Prizes are transferrable but not convertible to cash
5. Representative from Mars and Participating Accounts will be the ones to judge and choose the winners based on the criteria in item 9 above.
6. 50 lucky winners will be selected and announced on August 15, 2023 on Facebook page of participating account.
7. This promo cannot be used in conjunction with other Mars Philippines brand/product promotions or discount offers.
8. The period during which the prizes can be claimed is sixty (60) days from the receipt of notification via chat and registered mail. Prizes not claimed within this 60-day period will be forfeited subject to prior approval of DTI. Winners must fill up necessary forms required by Mars Philippines to certify that prize awarded has been received.
9. Mars Philippines will not bear any transportation or other incidental costs incurred by the winner in traveling to the location indicated for the claiming of prizes and/or for the submitting the proof of identification.
10. All documents for submission should be valid and current.
11. Required documents for claiming: 2 valid government IDs with photo and copy of chat notification
12. Mars Philippines reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the purchases.
13. Employees of Mars Philippines, its distributors, affiliates, suppliers, advertising & other agencies, Participating Account and DTI and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
14. Decisions made by Mars Philippines in accordance with these terms and conditions as well as with applicable rules & regulations, on all matters relating to this promo will be at its absolute discretion and will be final & binding on all participants, with prior concurrence of DTI.
15. Participation in the Promo constitutes each participant’s consent to Mars Philippines use of their entry, name, personal description, likeness and opinions for any promotional, marketing & publicity purposes in any media with no added compensation. The winner/s may be required to participate in publicity program which Mars Philippines may organize in connection with the Promotion and if required to do so. Expenses &/or cost incurred by winner in attending such functions shall be for the account of Mars Philippines. All winners shall agree to release, indemnify and hold Mars Philippines & partners harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind rising in connection with or as a result of participating in the contest or the winner’s acceptance or use of any Prize.
16. All personal details submitted must be accurate, complete, and subject to proof at the request of Mars Philippines. Mars Philippines reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of any entry and to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or that
