You sent Wrong item arrived and the seller will not correct the mistake

I’ve spoken to your representative via Viber. As soon as I got my order I have sent a message regarding my concern of the wrong item being delivered. In the website, the photo and description of the item I ordered was - 2 Pedigree mini chicken, liver, and vegetable2.7kg (bag with blue line on top). However, the item name in the email of my order and the item I received was 2 Pedigree mini grilled liver flavour 2.7kg (bag with brown line on top). The representative I spoke to apologized for the mistake and suggested to solve the issue by offering me 4 1.3kg bags of the right variation for an additional price (no shipping). I told them that although I understand the price difference, I do not want to pay additional to get fewer than what I initially ordered (5.4kg vs 5.2kg). So they offered that I wait 5 days so they can order 2.7kg of the right variation. It has been more than 5 working days since then, I followed up and they simply told me that the variation I ordered is not available. Please do not add any listings for items that are not available. I hope you understand how difficult it is when your dog has already been used to a certain variation of food and how changing it can disrupt her eating patterns as it did with my dog in the past week.
